04/30/15 BORING HAS BEGUN AT KAILUA REGIONAL WWTP

At approximately 4pm, boring operations commenced. The contractor is currently conducting routine tests to ensure all parts and equipment are functioning properly. As a result, the TBM is slowly being advanced within the Kailua Regional WWTP.
